Job summary

Conrad Indianapolis, part of the Hilton portfolio, is seeking a Utility Steward to join the Stewarding Department. As a valued member of our luxury hotel team, you’ll help keep kitchens pristine and support event service while delivering warm, Hilton-level hospitality.

You’ll follow health and safety standards, assist with stock management, train peers, and uphold our culture of clear goals and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality settings preferred.
• Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and guest well-being.
• Wollows health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations.

Responsibilities

• Keep serviceware spotless: Clean chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils; scrub pots and pans; burnish silver.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure supplies are well stocked for seamless service.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness: mop floors and manage trash removal.
• Support events delivery: set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
• Train and mentor team members to strengthen overall performance.
• Comply with regulatory standards for health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness.
