Hilton in Sioux Falls is seeking a dedicated Utility Steward to keep dining and kitchen areas sparkling and welcoming for guests. You will help deliver memorable experiences by maintaining cleanliness, stocking essentials, and supporting event setup with care and attention to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Keep serviceware spotless: Clean chinaware, silverware, pots and pans, burnish silver.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure supplies are well stocked and organized.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness: mop, trash removal, general sanitation.
• Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
• Train and mentor team members to strengthen performance.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
