Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Six months to one year serving experience preferred.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly to create a positive first impression.
• Guide guests through the menu and answer questions with recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay to kitchen and bar.
• Serve courses and drinks professionally, ensuring timely delivery.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service.
• Clear and reset tables, maintain a clean dining area.
• Process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
