Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis seeks a Server Assistant to join our team. You will assist food servers with serving, set-up and clearing, while attending to guest needs and requests. The role requires a friendly, detail-oriented approach and a willingness to work a flexible schedule.

You will stock and maintain service ware, greet guests, and help with food transport from the kitchen. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential to thrive here.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one year food service or related work preferred.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Stock linen, china, silver and glassware for service and ensure they are polished.
• Greet guests professionally and serve items while explaining contents.
• Prepare condiment and garnish items for service.
• Assist with guest service including retrieving food from the kitchen and transporting it to guests.
• Breakdown, clean and set up tables, buffets and food stations.
• Adhere to company rules and standards of conduct as directed.
• Collaborate harmoniously with coworkers and supervisors.
