Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is opening Tampa's newest luxury hotel and seeks a dynamic Security Guard to patrol the property, monitor cameras, and assist guests across shifts. The role emphasizes vigilance, communication, and rapid response to incidents as part of delivering exceptional hospitality service.

Two years in security and a high school diploma are required, with Peace Officer training preferred. This full-time on-site position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities

Qualifications

• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to learn the layout of the property and buildings.

Responsibilities

• Patrols property, inside and out during all shifts.
• Check doors and stairwells to make sure they are secure.
• Respond to complaints and calls for help.
• Purchase, maintain and monitor security cameras and alarm systems.
• Escorts unruly patrons and loiters from the property.
• Assists with securing taxi for inebriated guests.
• Fills out report at end of shift.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
