Qualifications

• Proven security experience preferred.
• Computer literacy with at least 2 years in integrated security systems and MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving and written/verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational ability and multi-tasking.
• Ability to stay calm and act quickly in emergencies.
• Physically fit to stand/walk long periods; respond rapidly.

Responsibilities

• Patrol premises to maintain a visible security presence and deter threats.
• Monitor CCTV, fire alarms, and access control systems.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and disturbances.
• Control access to restricted areas and ensure only authorized personnel enter.
• Enforce company rules and policies professionally.
• Write clear, detailed incident and patrol reports.
• Assist guests and employees with safety-related concerns.
• Coordinate with fire, police, and emergency services when needed.
• Investigate property damage, theft, or suspicious activity.
• Support crowd control during events or high-occupancy periods.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and health regulations.
