Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group in the United States is seeking a dynamic Security Guard to join our team. This role focuses on protecting guests and property while delivering service-focused hospitality.

You will patrol, monitor access points, respond to incidents, and coordinate with local authorities as needed. SHG offers daily pay, multiple health and life insurance options, 401k with company match, and PTO, reflecting our commitment to our people.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years in Security role.
• Post-high school education preferred; Peace Officer training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrols property inside and out on all shifts.
• Check doors and stairwells to ensure they are secure.
• Respond to complaints and calls for help.
• Monitor security cameras and alarm systems; escalate as needed.
• Escort unruly patrons from the property.
• Assist with taxi coordination for intoxicated guests.
• Complete shift reports and assist with other duties as assigned.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Patrols property, inside and out during all shifts

• Purchase, maintain and monitor security cameras and alarm systems
• Escorts unruly patrons and loiters from the property
• Assists with securing taxi for inebriated guests
• Fills out report at end of shift
• Perform various other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• Minimum of two (2) years in Security role
• Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred, Peace Office training preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Authoritative verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to learn the layout of the property and buildings
