Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have a High School Diploma.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in criminal justice/safety/security-related field preferred.
• One year of security-related experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain First Aid/CPR and EMT certification; certifications helpful.
• PA law background clearances required for continued employment.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the property and document rounds; investigate accidents/incidents and submit detailed reports.
• Respond to and provide assistance in fire or other emergency situations.
• Investigate complaints and notify law enforcement authorities as necessary.
• Administer First Aid and CPR as needed.
• Administer and maintain locking systems throughout the property.
• Initiate measures to improve or maintain safety and security standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
