Job summary

The Goodwin Hotel in downtown Hartford is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to uphold our high standards of guest room cleanliness and service. You will clean guest rooms in line with company guidelines, restock amenities, and maintain cleanliness of hallways and public areas.

Qualifications

• Requires candidates to remain on their feet for extended periods.
• Previous experience working in Housekeeping and Hospitality is preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays required.
• Be able to bend, squat, kneel, and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Attend the daily opening of the Housekeeping office as per the rotation.
• Clean assigned guest rooms with adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to company standard while in use.
• Stock carts and cart rooms as needed and directed by management.
• Report maintenance issues to the front desk or manager.
• Assist in cleaning common areas and ensure hotel cleanliness.
