• Balance and prepare front desk paperwork and shift reports daily.
• Create reservations and process special requests.
• Assist guests with knowledge of hotel property, local attractions, and hours of operation.
• Collaborate with other departments to manage guest services.
• Listen and respond to complaints with empathy, directing to proper supervisor when needed.
• Communicate booking inquiries and rate information clearly to guests.
• Handle room reservations and assign rooms while accommodating special requests.
• Verify payment methods and follow credit-checking procedures.
• Be aware of rates, packages, and promotions and operate Front Desk systems.
• Maintain knowledge of meeting spaces, events, and in-house groups.
