Job summary

Ontario Airport Hotel & Conference Center is seeking a Restaurant Manager to direct all aspects of restaurant operations within our luxury hotel. You will lead front-of-house teams, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and collaborate with culinary, banquet, and hotel leadership to maintain brand standards.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and experience in high-volume luxury dining. Location is Ontario, California, with a focus on delivering memorable dining experiences

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of restaurant management experience in upscale or luxury settings.
• Experience in luxury hotel restaurant operations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily restaurant operations including dining room and lounge services.
• Manage reservations, seating strategies, and table turns to optimize guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop restaurant staff; lead pre-shift meetings and cross-department collaboration.
• Monitor guest feedback and ensure adherence to luxury standards in service, presentation, and ambiance.
