Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality Group invites you to join the Lake Nona Wave Hotel team as a guest services ambassador. You will be the first contact for guests, handling reservations, dining and spa inquiries, and offering personalized area guidance.

You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure seamless experiences and revenue opportunities while upholding Forbes and LQA standards. We value guest-centric service, elegant communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience delivering service to guests; excellent phone demeanor.
• Fluent English, strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• High School Diploma; hospitality, business or revenue-management focus preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and guest inquiries with enthusiasm and efficiency.
• Assist guests with reservations, restaurant bookings, spa inquiries, and area recommendations.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Welcome Desk and Guest Relations to fulfill requests.
• Upsell dining options, spa services, and special events when appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, hours, and surrounding area amenities.
• Ensure bookings are entered accurately across platforms and communicate with Sales for group reservations.
