East West Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Clerk to support purchasing and accounts payable at Viceroy Snowmass in Snowmass Village, Colorado. The role ensures PO accuracy, validates invoices, and maintains logs in line with hotel procedures.

You will collaborate with department heads and the Executive Team to process payments, reconcile vendor statements, and uphold internal controls while delivering reliable financial records and guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience with purchasing procedures and PO processing (invoicing and approvals).
• Ability to route invoices to department heads and executives for approval.
• Familiarity with internal controls and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Verify purchasing procedures are followed (PO, invoice price comparison, PO number validity).
• Maintain an up-to-date Purchase Order Log.
• Route invoices with POs for approval by department heads and Executive Team members.
• Handle vendor inquiries and reconcile vendor statements.
• Maintain organized files for open, paid, and voided invoices.
