Job summary

Paducah Riverfront Hotel is seeking a proactive Facility Attendant to oversee cleanliness and presentation of our public spaces and amenities. You will be the primary guardian of our "first impression" areas, ensuring that our lobby, corridors, and recreational facilities meet luxury brand standards at all times.

In this role you will manage daily upkeep of public areas, assist with event setup, inspect facilities for safety, greet guests, and help with light grounds maintenance.

Qualifications

• Hospitality mindset and strong customer service.
• Ability to stand/walk 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Keen eye for cleanliness and safety issues.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Public Area Upkeep: Maintain lobby, restrooms, corridors and elevator landings.
• Amenity Management: Clean fitness center and pool areas; restock towels.
• Event Support: Set up and breakdown tables, chairs and AV equipment.
• Facility Inspections: Daily walk-throughs; report maintenance or safety issues to Engineering.
• Guest Interaction: Greet guests, offer directions, assist with facility equipment.
• Grounds Maintenance: Keep exterior entrances and walkways debris-free.
