Job summary

PAH Management seeks a Houseperson to maintain pristine public areas and support housekeeping in delivering a first-class guest experience. You will clean lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and other common spaces while restocking supplies and assisting Room Attendants.

You will respond to guest requests with a friendly, service-oriented approach and adhere to safety guidelines. Flexibility for varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and cleaning standards.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain hotel public areas including lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and other common spaces.
• Assist Room Attendants by delivering linens, towels, and supplies.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain service-oriented attitude.
• Follow safety guidelines and report hazards or maintenance concerns.
