As a member of the Engineering team, you will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and keep detailed records, contributing to sustainable operations and brand expectations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in hotel engineering or related field.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, fire, plumbing, snowmelt boilers, laundry, kitchen, pool equipment, painting, carpentry, and concrete work in guest rooms and public areas.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, including HVAC, boilers, electrical, fire, pumps, kitchen equipment, and refrigeration systems.
• Maintain guest rooms, including lighting, fixtures, A/C units, door locks, and finishes.
• Record equipment readings and maintenance activities accurately in logs or CMMS systems.
