Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout kitchens and stewarding areas.
• Operate dishwashing equipment to ensure items are cleaned and sanitized.
• Assist with banquet, restaurant, cafe, pool, and special event culinary operations.
• Support buffet setup, breakdown, and operational readiness.
• Return clean china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and equipment to storage.
