Job summary

Viceroy Hotels in Sun Valley, Idaho, seeks an experienced Cook to join our luxury resort team. You’ll prepare, cook, and present dishes across restaurant, banquets, pool and in-room dining, adhering to our standards of quality and hospitality.

You’ll work across outlets as needed, maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and timely service while supporting fellow kitchen staff in a dynamic mountain destination known for luxury experiences.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; culinary experience required.
• Flexible and long hours may be required.
• Ability to stand during entire shift and work in temperature variations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present food items according to recipes and standards across resort food & beverage operations.
• Support multiple culinary outlets; adapt to different stations and meal periods as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation in all kitchen areas.
• Follow health regulations and hotel procedures for safe food handling.
• Assist with storage and rotation of food items and equipment.
