InterContinental San Francisco is seeking a dedicated Houseperson to support Room Attendants and maintain luxury hotel cleanliness. You will handle linens, supplies, and guest-requested items, ensuring floors and public areas are orderly and well-kept.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and do basic math.
• Able to handle a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Room Attendants with heavy items and housekeeping supplies.
• Deliver linens, towels, and supplies to carts and assigned areas.
• Collect soiled linens and transport to laundry.
• Clean and stock floor closets and public areas; sweep and wash floors.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to supervisor.
• Maintain organization of housekeeping spaces and recycle materials.
• Support other housekeeping initiatives and deep-cleaning tasks as needed.
