Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at Embarcadero seeks an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our talented team. The role leads Room Attendants and House Attendants, trains staff, schedules daily work, and coaches staff to meet the highest standards of hospitality.

We look for 2–4 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel, the ability to cope with stress, and a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Reading, written and oral proficiency in English is required.
• Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants, interviews, trains, schedules staff and conducts evaluations.
• Schedules daily work, monitors progress, inspects rooms for standards and coaches when needed.
• Monitors supplies and cleanliness of guest areas, ensures standards are met and rosters are maintained.
• Resolves guest complaints with hospitality and professionalism; handles inquiries about hotel services and events.
• Ensures safety and well‑being of guests and staff in emergencies.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
