Job summary

Four Seasons San Francisco at Embarcadero seeks an On-Call Guestroom Attendant to join our luxury hotel team. You will clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards, ensuring comfort and guest satisfaction during service calls and turnaround windows.

Ideal candidates have hotel housekeeping experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• English proficiency in reading, writing and speaking is required.
• Experience in housekeeping, preferably in luxury hotels, is preferred.
• Ability to cope with stress and work in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• High school education or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Removes dirty towels and sheets and replaces them with clean linen.
• Cleans, dusts, and sanitizes guest rooms including bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom.
• Vacuums carpet and cleans marble and tile areas.
• Removes room service trays, dishes and carts to service landings.
• Restocks amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens.
