Four Seasons One Dalton Street Boston is seeking an experienced Director of Housekeeping to ensure guest rooms and public spaces meet the brand's luxury standards. You will lead the housekeeping team, collaborate with other departments, and uphold the highest levels of cleanliness and service.

This role requires leadership in a fast-paced luxury hotel, with responsibility for staffing, training, scheduling, and maintaining budgetary goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The Director of Housekeeping ensures that our guest accommodation and all areas front and back of house are maintained in a spotless condition at all times.

Professional Qualifications

The candidate must have experience in a luxury, fast paced, hospitality environment.
