Job summary

Montage Deer Valley, part of Montage International, seeks a Host/Hostess to warmly greet guests, manage reservations, escort guests to tables, and ensure timely seating and a memorable first impression in a luxury dining environment.

You will collaborate with the service team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, handle inquiries and special requests with professionalism, and uphold the brand standard of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Experience in luxury hotel hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a positive, professional manner.
• Manage reservations and seating to optimize dining space and reduce wait times.
• Escort guests to tables and provide menus with timely seating.
• Address guest inquiries and special requests promptly.
• Maintain reservations and seating charts; coordinate with staff.
• Work as a team and communicate with management, bartenders, and service staff.
• Deliver WOW moments and exceed guest expectations.
• Perform additional duties as needed by business conditions.
