Qualifications

• Previous Front Desk, Guest Services, hospitality, customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and create a positive first impression.
• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Assign rooms based on reservations and preferences.
• Review rates, amenities, and property information during check-in.
• Verify payment methods and maintain payment details securely.
• Respond to guest questions and requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Provide personalized recommendations for local experiences and dining.
• Maintain knowledge of the property and nearby attractions to assist guests effectively.
• Answer calls and assist with general hotel information.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, Security and other departments to address guest needs.
• Update guest profiles and reservation notes in the system.
• Monitor room status and communicate with departments to support arrivals/departures.
• Handle guest concerns with patience and escalate when needed.
• Assist with billing questions and folio discrepancies as required.
• Strong verbal and written communication and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
