Job summary

The role is hands-on, operational, and requires strong USALI expertise and hotel accounting leadership to optimize profitability and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance hotel experience.
• Strong knowledge of hotel financial systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the property.
• Oversee accounting functions, payroll, AP/AR, GL, and income audit.
• Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and tie-out schedules.
