Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor for the Westin Tampa Bay. You will lead the F&B team, ensure first-class service, and manage the operation to meet financial and quality goals.

The role requires luxury-hotel experience, strong Micros knowledge, and a hands-on leader who can train staff and optimize costs while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working at a Restaurant in a luxury hotel and/or full service resort.
• Knowledge of Micros POS system.
• Ability to make quick decisions in high stress situations.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Pleasant and positive personality.
• Well organized.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Food and Beverage operation to achieve fiduciary and quality goals.
• Ensure effective and efficient operation of all facets of the Food and Beverage operation; improve the current model.
• Manage in a manner consistent with the Benchmark mission, operating philosophy, standards, and values.
• Attend weekly meetings and relay information about upcoming events to staff.
• Supply information about capabilities and programs to other departments and clients or potential clients.
• Respond to needs and requests of guests and potential guests.
• Ensure that standards of food, beverage and service quality are commensurate with a first-class operation.
• Implement cost controls for food, beverage and labor.
• Utilize inventory, receiving and product utilization systems.
• Lead by following the standards of productivity for food & beverage personnel.
• Create a comfortable atmosphere to encourage committed and loyal employees.
• Assist with hiring and training programs for food and beverage personnel.
• Assist in the other Food and Beverage outlets in whatever capacity needed.
