Responsibilities

• Attend weekly meetings and relay information about events to staff.
• Communicate F&B capabilities and programs to departments and clients.
• Respond to guest needs and potential guest inquiries.
• Ensure standards of food, beverage, and service meet first-class levels.
• Implement cost controls for food, beverage and labor.
• Understand, read and explain profit & loss statements and labor reports.
• Develop inventory, receiving and product utilization systems.
• Oversee hiring and training for F&B personnel.
• Develop management skills in employees and oversee weekly payroll.
