The Lofton Hotel in Minneapolis seeks an experienced Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute corporate meetings, conferences, social gatherings and special celebrations. You will work closely with clients and hotel departments to deliver personalized guest experiences and drive event revenue.

You’ll manage Delphi with event details, create BEOs, and supervise staff, ensuring guest satisfaction and timely communication.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive in client relations and problem solving.

Mansioni

• Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate meetings, conferences, and social events.
• Maintain Delphi with event details and client communications; produce BEOs.
• Supervise staff and participate in budgeting and forecasting for catering events.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers and other hotel departments to ensure profitability.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through timely follow-up and proactive service.
