Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years’ experience working at a luxury hotel property involved in building maintenance.
• Ability to follow all Harbor View Hotel standards, policies, and procedures.
• Legal ability to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe environment while performing maintenance and upkeep.
• Supervise employees, ensuring procedures are followed.
• Respond to guest’s requests in a timely manner.
• Inspect the property daily for any issues.
