The Langham, Boston is seeking a dedicated Stewarding team member to ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area. You will work with a passionate team to clean and store dishware, assist in kitchen stations, and maintain a safe, organized work environment.

Qualifications include at least 1 year of stewarding experience in a luxury setting, strong communication skills, and the ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds. A flexible schedule is required.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of stewarding experience in a luxury hotel or similar quality facility.
• Ability to communicate clearly to all employees in writing and verbally.
• Maintain sanitation guidelines and a confident, calm presence.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and store all glassware, china and utensils using proper procedures.
• Clean cookware and presentation pieces for kitchen use.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation according to standards; keep the dishwashing area clean.
• Change dish water as needed, at least every two hours.
• Assist in utility and kitchen stations as needed.
