We are in search of a highly professional and experienced Concierge to join our luxury hotel in the vibrant city of Las Vegas. As a Concierge you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating an unforgettable experience for our guests. This is a temporary position for Indians with their own visa and does not require English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival, making them feel welcome and providing information about the hotel and local attractions.
• Handle guest requests and provide recommendations for restaurants, shows, activities, etc.
• Make reservations for guests including transportation, dining reservations, spa appointments, etc.
• Coordinate special requests such as room decorations or surprise gifts.
• Maintain knowledge of current events, attractions, and promotions in the city to provide accurate information to guests.
• Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
• Communicate with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Requirements

• Indian nationality with own visa.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or tourism degree is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Concierge in a luxury hotel setting.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Knowledge of Las Vegas area attractions and entertainment is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to work day/night shifts as needed.

This temporary position offers a salary of 1100$ per month without accommodation.
