Hyatt Centric Faneuil Hall Boston seeks a Chief Engineer to lead the engineering team, overseeing maintenance, operations, and capital projects to ensure safety, reliability, and exceptional guest service. You will work closely with the General Manager and Operations Manager to maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Requirements include 3–4 years of engineering management experience in a luxury hotel, with bilingual communication a plus, a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and

Competenze

• 3–4 years of engineering management experience, preferably in a luxury hotel brand.
• Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
• Must possess required government licenses, certifications, or permits.

Mansioni

• Oversee overall maintenance and upkeep of the hotel.
• Direct all maintenance staff and assign responsibilities.
• Ensure preventative maintenance is completed timely and accurately.
• Collaborate with General Manager and Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations.
