Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a friendly Busser to support servers and ensure guests enjoy prompt, attentive service in a Five-Star dining setting.

You will clear and reset tables, deliver water and accompaniments, stock service areas, and collaborate with colleagues to maintain a pristine dining room.

Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred; flexibility for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a guest-focused mindset.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Set, clear, and maintain tables to ensure the dining room is always guest-ready.
• Provide water, bread, and other support services to guests in a professional and unobtrusive manner.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests to enhance the dining experience.
• Stock and replenish linens, china, glassware, silverware, and service supplies throughout the shift.
• Assist with the setup, breakdown, and cleanliness of dining areas, buffets, and food stations.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and managers to deliver exceptional service.
