Job summary

Recipe Philly is a first-of-its-kind restaurant built on Heirloom Hospitality. A busser is the first face guests see and keeps the room moving, supporting servers and maintaining a welcoming dining experience during lunch and dinner service.

We are seeking team players with 2+ years in a high-volume upscale setting, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and available for 5 shifts weekly; you’ll help reset tables, stock stations, and ensure a smooth, tipped environment with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-volume, upscale restaurant preferred.
• Willing to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Available for 5 shifts a week for lunch and/or dinner service.
• Strong people skills; you're representing the room, not just clearing it.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a smile, like they're walking into your own home
• Clear and reset tables fast, so the next party never feels the wait
• Back up servers with pre-bussing, drink refills, and whatever the table needs
• Sweep, vacuum, wipe down surfaces, and empty trash in the common areas
• Keep napkins, silverware, and to-go supplies stocked, and refill stations as needed
• Report any maintenance issues to management before it becomes a bigger problem
