Job summary

The Hotel Hershey, a luxury resort atop the town of Hershey, seeks a Full-Time Team Member to join its guest services team. Duties include greeting guests, assisting with luggage, valet parking, check-in escort, room deliveries, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid PA driver's license and verified good driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Able to operate manual transmission.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of all safety and security procedures.
• Friendly, outgoing, customer service oriented personality.
• Ability to communicate in English, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with luggage upon arrival and departure
• Provide guests with valet parking and safe transport
• Receive room key and passport from the front desk and escort guests to the room assigned
• Secure guest luggage in check-in room
• Learn room types, floor plans, and guests' amenities. Respond to all guest inquiries in a professional, service-oriented manner to promote hotel services and in-house facilities
• Inspect the room for items left behind
• Deliver items to guest rooms as requested
• Attend meetings relating to position
• Secure guest coats at coat check locations
• Perform other duties as assigned
