Ash Hotels, managing properties including the historic Hotel Sorrento in Seattle, seeks an experienced Bartender for a part-time role. The candidate will craft cocktails, deliver high-level guest service, and maintain standards across restaurant, garden, and lobby outlets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience in similar scope and title.
• Experience within luxury brand/markets – preferred
• Washington State Food Handlers Certificate required
• Washington State Class 12 Permit required
• High school diploma, GED or related training equivalent

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Prepare all drinks for restaurant, garden, and lobby.
• Maintain recipe integrity and knowledge of menu items.
• Proficiently use POS and property management systems; handle cash accurately.
• Open/close procedures and daily side-work.
• Restock supplies and ensure cleanliness and sanitation compliance.
