Qualifications

• WA Food Handlers Certificate required.
• Must hold WA Class 12 Permit.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years in a similar bartending role, hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide engaging service at the bar and venues.
• Prepare drinks for restaurant, garden, and lobby with recipe accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization, follow sanitation standards.
• Know menu items well and upsell beverages and pairings.
• Handle cash and POS procedures and complete opening/closing tasks.
• Restock supplies and maintain professional appearance and teamwork.
