Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years high volume restaurant serving experience preferred.
• Luxury dining experience preferred.
• General knowledge of Alcoholic beverages.
• Working knowledge of wine & wine-pairings; Advanced knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create an outstanding dining experience for our guests by ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, wines, beers, and non‑alcoholic beverages, with impeccable presentation and attention to detail.
• Have an extensive knowledge of all menu items and their preparation.
• Take guest orders while making menu recommendations.
• Set up and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Assist with table turnover and maintain a smooth flow of service during peak hours.
• Collaborate with colleagues and kitchen staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
