Job summary

Four Seasons Maui is seeking a Social Media Manager to develop and execute an always-on content strategy, coordinating with the resort's PR and marketing teams to feed the owned, earned and paid media ecosystem.

You will lead calendar planning, manage creators and influencers, and drive luxury-brand storytelling across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube and LinkedIn, with a focus on authentic destination content. This role requires collaboration, adaptability and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of social media marketing experience; luxury hospitality preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong visual and brand storytelling instincts.
• Ability to think strategically and manage day-to-day execution.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with creator/influencer-led content.
• Understanding of PR and digital marketing.
• Knowledge of photography/video content creation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead social media strategy development and execution to support integrated marketing efforts.
• Develop and manage monthly content calendars reflecting Four Seasons brand expression and business priorities.
• Lead content planning and production, managing photographers, videographers, content creators and influencers.
