Qualifications

• Must speak, read, write English.
• Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
• Experience with recruitment systems and Microsoft Office.
• On‑site presence required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment from job posting through to hire.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers for final selection.
• Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and support staffing.
• Track candidate progress and maintain records in recruitment system (SmartRecruiters).
• Manage pre-hire process including background checks, offers and system entry.
• Coordinate and support new hire orientation and onboarding.
• Support internal mobility through transfers and eligibility guidance.
• Maintain recruitment data accuracy and support reporting on hiring activity.
