Job summary

Fairmont Grand Del Mar in San Diego is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to support recruitment coordination, onboarding and internal movement of talent. You will work with a fast-paced team to manage end-to-end processes and candidate experiences, while maintaining data accuracy across systems.

This role emphasizes organization, collaboration with leaders, and a strong focus on candidate experience in a luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Human Resources, recruitment or administrative support.
• Hospitality experience desirable.
• Experience supporting high-volume environments a plus.
• Experience with SmartRecruiters is preferred.
• Degree in HR is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the recruitment process from job posting through to hire.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers for final selection.
• Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and support timely staffing.
• Track candidate progress and maintain records in recruitment system.
