Nemacolin is seeking an Administrative Operations Specialist for Rod & Range Club in Farmington, PA. The role centers on hospitality and precise operational coordination, enabling seamless reservations, events, schedules, and financial workflows.

You will support payroll and invoicing, maintain member records, and provide reliable administrative service in a luxury resort environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in administration and customer service preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; able to learn internal systems and databases.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reservations, events, schedules, payroll, and financial processes.
• Maintain accurate member records and responsive communication with guests and colleagues.
• Support payroll, commissions, gratuity adjustments, and invoices with precision.
• Assist with staff scheduling, lodge opening/closing, and upcoming group planning.
