Job summary

Nemacolin Woodlands, Inc. in Farmington, PA, is launching its Accelerated Leadership Development Program starting June 2027.

This 12-month, full-time, paid experience offers hands-on rotations across food and beverage, lodging operations, front desk, housekeeping, reservations, and other operational areas to build leadership skills in luxury hospitality. Participants benefit from mentorship, on-the-job learning, coursework, exposure to senior leaders, and cohort networking, plus housing options

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, business, or related field preferred.
• Recent college graduate or emerging professional with relevant education/experience.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to work across multiple operational environments during the program.
• Ability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• 12-month paid program with rotations across multiple operational areas.
• Hands-on rotations in F&B, lodging, front desk, housekeeping, reservations, etc.
• Mentorship, on-the-job learning, and coursework as part of development.
• Exposure to senior leaders and opportunities for professional networking.
• Housing options for associates with transportation to and from work.
