B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a housekeeping associate for The Watermark Hotel in Tysons, VA. This role cleans guest rooms, assists guests, and maintains safety and quality standards.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED and housekeeping experience. The position offers healthcare benefits, 401(k) and other company programs; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Housekeeping/laundry experience preferred. Attention to detail, customer focused and the ability to perform job duties in repetitious and fast paced environment.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds on a consistent basis throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Clean guestrooms to ensure amenities and supplies are present and the room is clean. Maintain cart, linen, rooms and equipment in clean, working order.
• Provide guest service by addressing requests promptly and delivering high quality service, working as part of the team with other departments as needed.
• Maintain safety: keep work area clean and safe, report maintenance issues, follow chemical handling procedures and hotel emergency procedures.
• Plan, organize and prioritize tasks to meet required work volume; attend required meetings and adhere to attendance and appearance standards.
