Southall Farm and Inn is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to translate our luxury brand into refined visuals for print and digital channels. You will craft guest-facing and internal materials, maintaining Forbes Five-Star presentation and a cohesive aesthetic across Southall entities.

In this fast-paced hospitality setting, you’ll move from concept to day-to-day execution, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Events, and Operations to deliver high-quality design solutions while upholding brand

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field required.
• Portfolio showing strong concept development, typography, layout, brand systems across print and digital.
• 3+ years of professional graphic design; luxury hospitality or premium brands preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) required.
• Strong understanding of print production, color management, and vendor-ready artwork.
• Excellent eye for typography, composition, hierarchy, photography, and detail.
• Highly organized; can prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and cross-department collaboration skills.
• Experience with motion graphics, basic video editing, Figma or Canva is a plus.
• Hospitality-minded; comfortable on-site in guest-facing luxury environments.

Aufgaben

• Develop creative concepts and design solutions reflecting Southall's visual identity and brand standards.
• Design print and digital materials for campaigns, emails, websites, signage, menus, and event collateral.
• Translate campaign direction into polished on-brand creative.
• Prepare production-ready files with proper sizing, bleeds, color, and resolution.
• Coordinate with printers and vendors; review proofs for quality.
• Resize, version, and adapt creative across channels while maintaining consistency.
• Retouch and optimize photography for marketing channels.
• Maintain typography, color, imagery, layout, and visual hierarchy.
