Job summary

Southall LLC seeks a skilled Graphic Designer to translate the luxury brand into refined visuals for print and digital channels. You’ll work with the Marketing team to create guest-facing and internal materials for Southall Farm and Inn and affiliated entities while upholding Forbes Five-Star presentation.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in luxury hospitality branding, strong typography and layout skills, and mastery of Adobe CC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field required.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong concept development, typography, layout, brand systems, and finished work across print and digital channels required.
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience in luxury hospitality or elevated brand environments preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, required.
• Strong understanding of print production, digital design specs, color management, and vendor-ready artwork.
• Excellent eye for typography, composition, hierarchy, photography, and detail within a brand system.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments; feedback-driven approach.
• Experience with motion graphics, basic video editing, Figma, Canva or similar tools is a plus.
• Hospitality-minded and comfortable working on-site in a luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts and design solutions reflecting Southall's brand standards.
• Create print and digital materials for marketing campaigns, menus, signage, and guest touchpoints.
• Prepare production-ready files with correct sizing, bleeds, color profiles, and specs.
• Coordinate with printers and vendors; review proofs for quality and brand consistency.
• Retouch imagery and maintain typography, color, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Organize design files, assets, and templates for easy access and updates.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Events, F&B, Spa, Retail and Operations to deliver effective designs.
