Job summary

Renewal by Andersen in the Greater Cincinnati/Dayton area seeks self-motivated Design Consultants for home-improvement sales. You will visit pre-scheduled residential appointments, present window and door solutions, and close on the same day using a proven process.

This role offers a full commission structure (uncapped) with paid training, potential for $150k-$200k annually, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, RRSP with employer contributions, and student loan

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.
• Have a valid Driver's License and ability to travel up to 3 hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled residential appointments and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide homeowners with information to make a same-day decision.
• Close deals using a proven sales process; no cold calling.
• Maintain and follow up with customers to maximize outcomes.
