Job summary

Build Partners USA LLC in Jupiter, FL is seeking a Superintendent to lead luxury custom home projects from inception to completion. You will work on waterfront and oceanfront residences and high-end estates with bespoke interiors and multi-million-dollar budgets.

You’ll join an established builder with a strong reputation and a culture focused on quality, craftsmanship, and client service. A 5+ year track record in luxury homes is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of luxury custom home construction experience.
• Evidence of long-term commitment with a custom home builder.
• Florida custom home building experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing custom home builds or remodels from inception to completion, with values of $5m or above.

• Oversee luxury custom home construction from inception to completion.
• Coordinate ground-up builds and major remodel projects.
• Ensure high-end finishes, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction.
