Job summary

MPI, a premier luxury residential builder, seeks an experienced Superintendent in Florida to oversee ground-up custom residences and waterfront estates. You will coordinate elite trades, ensure craftsmanship, and deliver high-end homes on schedule.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years of ultra-luxury project leadership, strong organizational skills, and exceptional communication with architects, designers, and homeowners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience managing ultra-luxury residential construction projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site construction activities and ensure plans and specs are followed.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain schedules and budgets.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed to maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Manage on-site resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to optimize efficiency.
• Address and resolve issues arising during construction.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets established standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs and project reports.
