Build Partners USA LLC in West Palm Beach is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead luxury custom home projects. You will oversee large-scale, bespoke residences from ground‑up construction through to finish, coordinating teams and ensuring quality, schedule, and budget alignment.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of luxury home construction, a proven long‑term track record with a custom builder, and experience delivering $5m+ projects in Florida.

• Evidence of long‑term commitment with a custom home builder.
• Florida custom home building experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing builds or remodels from inception to completion on $5m+ projects.

We’ve partnered with a luxury custom home builder in West Palm Beach that is looking to add a Senior Superintendent to their team.

They’re a well-established luxury custom home builder with a strong reputation, both for the quality of their work and the team they’ve built around it.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in luxury custom home construction
• Evidence of long-term commitment with a custom home builder
• Florida custom home building experience is strongly preferred
• Experience managing custom home builds or remodels from inception to completion, with values of $5m or above
